Orders and Stock
All orders are subject to adequate stock availability. Items will be listed as “out of stock” on our website once all available stock is depleted. If an item becomes out of stock after you have placed your order we will notify you as soon as possible and ask whether you would like to progress with the balance of your order, or wait for the out of stock item to become available before sending the complete order in one delivery. Please note that in order to keep our art prints in the best possible condition we only keep a limited number of each print in stock. We mount and frame our art prints on site but in the event that a particular print sells out rapidly, there may be a delay with your order whilst stock is replenished.
Packaging
Although we are always conscious of the environmental impact, we use high quality packaging materials and take extra, extra special care whilst packaging your order to ensure that each item arrived in pristine condition. You can see examples of our packaging throughout our site, including very clever specially designed boxes for our framed art prints to make sure that wherever they are sent they arrive in the exact same condition as when they were boxed.
Delivery Services
We work with Royal Mail and a number of other well-known courier services to ensure that your precious parcels reach you in the right condition and in good time. The speed and cost of your delivery depends on the overall weight of the package, the speed of the service you opt for and also the exact delivery address, some examples are set out below to give you more detail.
Mail destined for a United Kingdom address
For UK addresses we either use 1st Class Royal Mail Post, or for bulky or valuable items we use a courier service. Items over a certain weight, bulk or value will automatically be dispatched via our courier service and priced accordingly.
Both services aim to deliver within 24hrs of dispatch, though for the Royal Mail service this is not guaranteed. We also offer a premium “Guaranteed by 10.30AM Saturday” courier service, for those customers who wish to make purchases on Friday and need to ensure this arrives the following day. Note that all orders for this service must be completed by 11.00AM on the Friday.

UK Courier Services
We use a leading courier company to deliver parcels to the whole of the UK and the Republic of Ireland. This service can accommodate a consignment of up to 20Kg in weight and typically delivery is made within 24hrs of collection.
Your price is based on the exact delivery address as well as the parcel weight (packages over 20Kg attract a surcharge per additional Kg). Sorry but addresses in the Isle of Wight are subject to a £10 surcharge. We will contact you to advise you of this price increase prior to dispatch.
Some deliveries require a signature and if the first delivery is unsuccessful a second delivery attempt will be made (you’ll also be given a card to let you know we tried to deliver this). If after 5 days we still can’t get this to you then the parcel will be returned to Belle and Boo, and we’ll have to start over with fresh delivery charges.
Mail destined for an Overseas address
We have two delivery services for our overseas customers. For low cost or low weight items we use Royal Mail 1st Class International Post. Delivery times vary from country to country and the service is neither trackable nor guaranteed. Items over a certain weight, bulk or value will automatically be dispatched via our “Signed For” service and priced accordingly (see below for details).
Royal Mail "signed for" service
For a small premium, we strongly advise all of our overseas customers to use the Royal Mail “Signed For” option which is both trackable and guaranteed. Timings for the “Signed For” is not guaranteed and also vary from country to country. Please note that addresses within the European Union are subject to VAT.
Sorry, but due to the nature of our bulky goods and associated high postal costs we cannot automatically offer a free delivery service to overseas countries.
