Where do we deliver to and how much will it cost?

Belle & Boo love visiting all corners of the world and we do everything we can to ensure your goodies arrive safely and in perfect condition.

 

For UK addresses we either use 1st Class Royal Mail Post, or for bulky or valuable items we use a courier service. Items over a certain weight, bulk or value will automatically be dispatched via our courier service and priced accordingly.

 

Belle & Boo is sent out from Bristol, UK so If you live far, far away and order especially large or heavy goodies it will cost a bit more to get it to you so the P&P costs will change.

 

We have two delivery services for our overseas customers. For low cost or low weight items we use Royal Mail 1st Class International Post. Items over a certain weight, bulk or value will automatically be dispatched via our “Signed For” service and priced accordingly. For a small premium, we strongly advise all of our overseas customers to use the Royal Mail “Signed For” option which is both trackable and guaranteed to be delivered (although exact times are not guaranteed).

When will I get my goodies?

For UK addresses we either use 1st Class Royal Mail Post, or for bulky or valuable items we use a courier service, so if you live in hopping distance then your items will arrive within a few days.

 

Both services aim to deliver within 24hrs of dispatch, though for the Royal Mail service this is not guaranteed.  We also offer a premium “Guaranteed by 10.30AM  Saturday” courier service, for those customers who wish to make purchases on Friday and need to ensure this arrives the following day. Note that all orders for this service must be completed by 11.00AM on the Friday.


Our overseas delivery times vary according to the service you have paid for and from country to country. For a small premium, we strongly advise all of our overseas customers to use the Royal Mail “Signed For” option which is both trackable and guaranteed to be delivered (although exact times are not guaranteed).

I have not received my entire order?

Sometimes, to avoid extra postal costs, your goodies will be packaged in separate parcels so may arrive separately even if we have posted them on the same day. Please be patient and see if any separate parcel arrives a day or two later. Also, if you have ordered lots of little items they may be hidden away in a larger item like the lunch box tin, again to avoid extra P&P so please do open up all the parcels and look inside.  If after all this you still can’t find your entire order then please call us and we’ll do all we can to get to the bottom of it.

 

Where are your stockists?

Belle & Boo have lots of lovely friends with delightful shops all around the world, perhaps there is one near you. Our licensee partners also have stockists far and wide so we might pop up in the most unexpected places.

I saw an item on your blog and wondered if you still have it?

We love making new things here at Belle & Boo so there are always fresh items appearing but this sometimes means that other things are no longer available. Our clothing is limited edition which makes it extra special to own, as are some of the prints,  so once they are gone there will be no more. If you have seen something you really love and it is no longer available on the website (and not limited edition) please feel free to get in touch and we will let you know if it will be available again.



How can I keep up to date with all that’s going on in the Belle & Boo world?

Can I pay by phone?

Yes! We now are happy to offer to service of ordering and paying over the phone.



Do we work at weekends?

Here at Belle & Boo we believe the weekends are for playtime! If you order anything after 11am on a Friday afternoon it’s unlikely we will get it out to you before Monday. We do have special Saturday delivery rates if you contact us early on Friday so we can get emergency treats to you if needs be!

 

Where are your goodies made?

Belle & Boo love to keep it local and where we can we source from our friendly near-by stockists or make things ourselves in-house. We are very proud to produce our own prints, wall stickers and knickknacks. Some of our licensee partners may source things from further afield.

 

Could you gift wrap an item for me?

At the moment we don’t have enough pairs of paws to offer this service but hopefully there will be a gift wrapping service in time for Christmas.

 

What new products are coming out soon?

There are always new treasures and trinkets available from Belle and Boo: new chinaware and limited edition prints, new season clothes and delightful story books. Many wonderful things!

 

Does Mandy create one-off commissions or personalise existing items?

Very occasionally Mandy will have the time to do personal requests. If you get in touch with us we will pass on your request and let you know if it can be met.
