There are also simple papercraft ideas for decorations and party pieces, such as paper boat place-settings and a hot-air balloon mobile.
You don't have to be an expert stitcher to make all the projects in this book. Some of the ideas involve no more than some cutting and sticking, so even if you have never threaded a needle before you can still make the colourful Hot-Air Balloon Mobile, The Button Pictures and The Kite Rewards Chart. But for those of you who are keen to learn new sewing skills, or for anyone who needs a refresher, full instructions are given.
